I had ordered SoundPeats qy7 Headphones online from Amazon on 06.07.2017. On 24.07.2017 i called up Amazon stating non-functioning of the microphone of the headphones. Amazon representative directed to talk to the manufacturer itself for the warranty.i did the same, i wrote to support[@]soundpeatsaudio.com. Then,i was informed about the retailer called InterFoto India Pvt. Ltd. that takes care of local pormotion, selling and after sales service. I was provided with one Rxxxh Gxxxxxa contact number and email ID. Naturally, i took the whole issue via email as mentioned above. i was asked to provide the invoice which i did. As per the existing provisions a product can be returned within the purchase of 30 days as given at www.soundpeatsaudio.com/html/goaling/support/warranty.html. Also it says that no shipping charges to be borne by the customer if the issue is quality related. The microphone does not work at all which is a quality issue so i proposed for the return of the product however interFoto india PVt. Ltd responded with a replacement option which does not suits me. i want to return the product and get my money to be refund. I dont want replacement as with once replaced the products warranty lapses and what if i receive a defective product once again. This emailing has been going on from 31.07.2017 11.59 AM. I tried calling zillion of time on interfoto India Pvt Ltd. customer care numbers but none ever picks up that phone. Now i have mooted for refund so now they have stopped responding in emails as well.
As per the signature provided in one of the responses the representative is Kxxxl Yxxxxxv, InterFoto India Pvt Ltd, Crux is that i want to return the product because the provisions allow me to do so as 30 days are not over yet since the purchase was made on 6th of july whereas Interfoto india Pvt Ltd wants to replace the item and want me to shit the item.
