Wrong charges by Vodafone

I am vodafone customer in Mumbai. my interaction number with them 199623304. my mobile number is 8xxxxxxxx2. I was subscribed IROAMFREE package. my package include unlimited incoming call, outgoing call, Internet data. if you go in detail in my bill I have not been charged for call but during same days I am charged for internet. They have charged 17000 for internet only. pl go through day wise bill. I am attaching my bill.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
