Wrong doing in giving subsidy by Indane gas agency

My consumer no is 7xxxxxxx8 under Indane agency Jhalak agency in Doranda Ranchi. Distributor code 230292. I booked for refill on 11.6.2017 with reference no 645016. After repeated followups and heated exchange i finally got the delivery on 28.6.2017. They did not give any cash memo. They only noted the date on the consumer book.
To my surprise I get another sms on the very next day 29.6.2017 that my order has been cancelled.
Now things are getting clear why they have given cancellation sms.
Today is 8.7.2017 I have not still received the subsidy amount in my account. While I chased the agency they are saying that my bank account has not been UID mapped. Which is absolutely nonsense. My axis bank accnt number is already mapped with my adhaar no.
I strongly feel that this is a genuine case of theft and corruption. Not only my case I have seen many cases like this. I have a strong faith on the forum hence I am posting here.
