We are tied up with zomato for some time now. their payments have always been irregular and uncategorised. recently we have noticed that some orders were not paid out in the settlement. on checking further, we realised that the status of these orders is showing as refunded for online paid orders despite the orders being delivered by the restaurant to the customer. On enquiring with zomato, they always come up with some excuse and then tell us to wait for sometime and they will investigate it further. we have waited for weeks in several cases, but no resolution was provided. there is no authority to look into this. We have no choice to end our affiliation with these aggregator but we need our payments settled before that happens.
