Complaint regarding servicing of TV by Jeeves

Television Issue with Jeeves. Value: 40000
Have purchased an extended warranty from Jeeves for my Xiaomi 50inchecs tv, but was facing issues with the same have filed a ticket on March 26 and it’s still following up with the local tv repair person who visited and said we will repair it and get back the Tv but there was no update from him as well, am trying to reach Jeeves Customer service they are answering the call later just hanging up multiple times happened and am following up on email still same template they are following in next 2 days you will receive the update.
I need my device back or as per-policy, they said the amount will be refunded but still am waiting for the IVR call to be received to update my bank account details.
