Airtel Internet Box Issues

I have upgraded to Airtel internet box based on false advertisement of IXIGO coupons. I followed up with their support and initially they denied but after a month they provided those coupons which is invalid as per IXIGO. Also Airtel Internet box doesn’t work smoothly and most of time it updates channel list and none of the apps like Netflix and Prime works. These works smoothly on my phone and laptop but not on the app. Even Airtel is not accepting their issues and blaming Netflix and Prime. I paid 2.2k for such useless box and not getting proper service. I request you to kindly look into this and stop them making customer fool based on wrong advertisement.
