Ajio blocked my account and trapped money inside

4 to 5 days ago i ordered shoes froma ajio which did not look good on me so i tired to return it but my account was blocked i called customer care n they placed return order however they refunded my money in ajio wallet which is blocked by them now i cant access that money i placed complainstill i havnt heard from them it i need that money back plz help
