Refund from Findscareers – Rs.3359/- : Ms Suchitra of Kalyan, Maharashtra had made payment of Rs.3,359/- to Findscareers in the backdrop of their job offers over telephone. She was informed that this was a one-time payment and there will not be any other charges. However, subsequently, she was asked to pay more and she declined. She later raised complaint and requested for refund from Findscareers. She posted her complaint with ICF on 06-11-2018 and the matter was taken up with them. Finally, she got her refund on 14-11-2018.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
