Ajio not picking up return orders and not giving refund

I ordered a product from Ajio.com on 2nd August 2020 and subsequenty received the order in a week,  as the product din’t meet my expectations i applied for a return and refund option that was acceped by ajio and it was to be picked up in the next week , but the return executive did not even call or come near my house to pick up the product and i got a message telling that the product coudn’t be picked up and told me to reschedule the order and i did so again after few days i got a message telling that due to lockdown restrictions the return could not be completed even though there are no lockdown restrictions in my area they are giving me that absard reason for which i mailed them telling that please take my order back and refund the amount but still they keep giving the reason of lockdown , recenty i also got another order from ajio.  few days back my question is how come they are delivering orders but when it comes to return they give a reason of lockdown , the same case with another order done last week where the pickup is due on 29-08-2020. i kindly request you to take the required action and help me get me refund
