Amazon Failed to deliver OnePlus 5

I had made an order to Amazon on 6th of September for OnePlus 5. They had mentioned an Estimated deliver by 12th September, which they had failed to deliver then they requested for 3 more days to deliver the product which is till 15th of September. They have failed to deliver the product by that day as well.

So this has breached all there policies and promises to deliver the product on time.
