Idea have issued a new number 95xxxxx1** and linked it to my corporate connection where primary number is 978091***7.
I have informed idea people multiple times to remove wrongly added number from my account but they are asking for documents of other person and that person is neither submitting the documents nor paying his bill. Being a corporate connection we have multiple number on this account and we dont afford suspension of outgoing or incoming calls therefore we have to deposit the bill for that number also.
We are suffering even when there is no fault of ours. Request you to help in getting the issue resolved.
