Amazon Prime service assurance not honored

I bought one product Honeywell 6 port surge protector to make fast delivery I ready to buy Amazon prime service which make sure next day delivery of product but I have not received product so I want to place a complain against Amazon India. Product purchase date :- 2nd August 2017. Expected Delivery date :- 3rd August 2017
