AMC document not received from Kutchina, no reply from company

I purchased 2 year AMC package for my chimney on 26.05.2021 with order no. 19974 from kuchina website. But till now neither soft copy nor hard copy of AMC sent to me. No any service man attended to my residence. I have sent email to customer care also. But they don’t respond. If they are failed to issue AMC they should refund my AMC cost. Service is very poor

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
