ASICS defective shoe, no support from Jabong vendor

I bought a ASICS shoe from jabong.com and within the warranty period the shoe is damaged.the company is rejecting the claim saying damage is because of usage . How come a shoe be damaged because of using it . The company not providing claim for it.
