Regarding delay in Gujarat Gas connection

Gujarat Gas connection not given even after 11 months from payment date Value: 10633. Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for new Piped Connection from Gujarat Gas Limited on 15-09-2018. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
