Refund amount from Big Bazar profit card

I have purchased Big Bazar profit club card at d21 mall , Dwarka. Big Bazar provide Rs. 12000 amount by depositing 10000 in card to shipping at Big Bazar store. But suddenly , Big Bazar closed all store in Delhi without intimation and never refund balance amount after writing Mail. Kindly help in this matter. …

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
