Complaint against Indiacakes for non-delivery of cake

Order no being delivered & refund not processed. Value: Rs 449.10. I ordered a online cake from IndiaCakes.com . They did not delivered it yesterday and they didn’t refunded it as well.. Refund from Neartion – Rs. 4,490/-: Mr. K Ramu of Naimnagar 506001, Andhra Pradesh ordered a product on nearton on 28/12/16. His order id was 2448248 and he paid by debit card amount Rs 4490/-. He neither got the product nor refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 20-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
