Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Refund from Kidzee – Rs.14,500/-: Mr. Sankar Roy of Barasat, Kolkata 700128 had admitted his daughter at junior kg at kidzee barasat, kolkata, for the new session to be started from April 2015. But before starting of the new session he applied for the withdrawal of his daughter from the school and requested to refund the fees of Rs.14500 which the school authorities denied to refund. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com.
