Withdrawal transaction failed but amount deducted from HDFC bank account – Rs.2,500/-: Mr Anil Yadav of New Delhi attempted to withdraw Rs.2,500/- from Corpn. Bank ATM against his HDFC Bank Account. The transactions got cancelled automatically due to certain technical glitch. However, Mr. Yadav found that his account had been debited by Rs.2,500/- for the unsuccessful withdrawal transaction. Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them. However, even after one month he did not get his money back. He posted his complaint with ICF on 03-01-2017 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got refund by 25-01-2017. Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Even after three months the customer did not get refund. He posted his complaint at ICF on 23-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got his money back on 21-12-2016. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015. Refund from Croma: Rohit Gupta of Delhi (rht.gupta13[at]gmail.com) purchased a Camera from Croma retail Online vide Order no SLE002EC0000045. He received the product in a pathetic condition with open seal. It was opened by someone before dispatching. SB account debited twice for a single ATM withdrawal – complaint against SBI, Bhopal – Rs.600/-: On 8-7-09 Mr. Alam of Bhopal had drawn a sum of Rs.600 and Rs.100 from Koh-e-Fiza Bhopal SBI ATM. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
