Delay in delivery by India Post Speed Post service

My brother send me important documents via speed post tracking id (EU041177634IN) on 23/08/2017. on 28/08/2017 it displays that item is dispatched to agartala but yet not delivered nor updated on website. i think it is lost. its very urgent document need before 11/09/2017. please take some action so i can get my documents otherwise …

But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
