Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-. However, even after a week the phone was not delivered and the customer approached ICF on 01-10-2022.
