Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.3,000/- : Chedoma Bhutia, Gangtok 737101, Sikkim ordered a makeup product for Rs.3000 against COD through snapdeal. The product received by her was of Rs.500/-. She was unable to contact customer care, hence I contact the seller address given on the parcel. The seller said amount will be refunded one the parcel is received back. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. But she did not receive the product even after 15 days. She had sent many mails their support team but got no response.
