Refund from Myntra.com -Rs. 2,778.46: Mrs. Ambrine Syeeda, Bangalore placed an order with Myntra.com on 12-12-2014 against order ID: 24549859. A sum of Rs.2,778.46 was deducted from her account but the customer neither got the product nor the money back. She posted her complaint at ICF on 13-01-2015 and got her money back by 22-01-2015. Refund for defective product from Homeshop18: Mr. Suman Macherla of Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Email: mac.sum[at]gmail.com) purchased Wespro charger(order no:948245695 from HomeShop18 and received a defective product on July 8th 2014. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18. Refund from Neartion – Rs.326/-: Mr. Sd Bhatia of Agra 282005, Uttar Pradesh placed an order for Sandisk 16GB pendirve with Neartion on 15.01.2017. However, even after two months the product was not delivered and no refund made. Several reminders by customer went in vain and Mr. Bhatia posted his complaint with ICF on 05-03-2017. Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-: Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009.
