Refund from Across Traveller – Rs.10,000/- – Mr. Kodakandla S Sai of Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh had paid advance to Across Traveller in September 2016 for Kerala Holiday Package but he neither got booking details nor refund. Refund from Paytm – Rs.5,799/- : Mr. Kishan Kalariya of Bangalore had ordered one Sketechers brand shoes worth of 5799 INR/- from Paytm website order no 2824303633 and when he opened the box there was no shoes.
