Refund from Samsung for Samsung Grand 2 – Rs.21,000/-: Mr. Akash Doshi of Mumbai, Maharashtra (akashdoshi009[@]yahoo.in) had persistent complaints with his new Samsung Grand 2. He had made frequent visits and complaints to the service center but still the issue did not get resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 06-11-2014 and matter was taken up with Samsung. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route.
