Complaint regarding refund from Sunday Mattress

Sunday Mattress does not refund the amount even within 20 days of the trial. The size was quite small. This was a complete fail from Sunday Mattress. Yet no response to messages or emails once purchased. Tons of marketing calls pre-purchase and zero calls post-purchase. Not even a replacement for the size error. Very disappointing …

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. On 16.11.2015 he registered a complaint with IFB service center since the washing machine was not working.
