Yatra.com refund not yet processed even after 3 months

Yatra Booking my refund is not processed yet, 90 days have already passed. Every time they are ignoring the emails and sending us canned responses. Yatra being a travel agent company it’s their responsibility to fulfil customer needs rather than waiting for the airline to respond. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.4,598/-: Mrs. Sangita Poddar of Mumbai, Maharashtra had placed an order for Whirlpool microwave oven on 18-10-2014 with Snapdeal.
