Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Mobile replaced by Micromax: Mr. Vaibhav Sawaiker of Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, Maharashtra (sawaiker_vaibhav[at]rediffmail.com) had purchased a Micromax phone on 07-04-2013. Since January 2014, he was having series of problems which could not be rectified even after servicing. He wanted a replacement but Micromax was not willing to do the same. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige.
