Complaint regarding refund due from Ajio

on 26-11-2023 I have placed order on ajio of amount rs 59375.4/- many of orders cancelled and i have received the refund partially still pending 48000/- refund is pending i have called the ajio custamer care many times they said that wait for 2 days every time but my issue is not reolved please help …
