Reund from jblcharge2 – Rs.2,500/- : Mr. Nagaraj Maiya of Udupi 576101, Karnataka ordered JBL speaker on jblcharge2.in. He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not. Refund from Paytm – Rs.5,799/- : Mr. Kishan Kalariya of Bangalore had ordered one Sketechers brand shoes worth of 5799 INR/- from Paytm website order no 2824303633 and when he opened the box there was no shoes. He immediately reported this to PayTM with photographs / proof. Though PayTM assured refund but the it was not forthcoming even after repeated reminders by the customer.
