Complaint regarding fake data entry job offer

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been given typing job assignment by Reliable Data Services Ltd., total 15 pages for Rs.2500/-. I have paid Rs.120 as registration fees. after submission of data, they told me that I got 82% accuracy and eligible to get Rs.2500/- but for this I have to pay Rs.1000/- as ECS registration fees which was not mentioned in the registration form. now they are denying to pay me the amount.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
