Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied. Repair/replacement of Samsonite AT Prismo Spinner – Rs.9,950/-: Sarita Hegde Roy, Apollo Bunder Mumbai 400 001, Maharashtra, bought a Prismo Spinner Samsonite bag at Bagzone Lifestyles Pvt.Ltd (New BEL Road, Bangalore 560094). Refund delayed by MakeMyTrip – Rs.34,752/-: Mr. Shraddha Raikar of Mumbai had booked ticket from Mumbai to Chicago through MakeMyTrip.com on 09-06-2009 through his credit card. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. Repair of Micromax Tab: Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011, UP submitted his Micromax tablet to their service centre on 11-06-2016 for out-of-warranty service. However, even after two months, the tablet was not repaired. He posted his complaint at ICF on 14-08-2016 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
