Wrong deduction by Bajaj Finserv against fully paid OD

I had taken OD in 2018. But due to bad service I paid back all money and without using any amount we immediately repaid entire amount and gave closure request also. Refund from Vynam.com – Rs.3,100/-: Mrs. Sheetal Ghuge of Washim, Maharashtra ordered Saree from Vynam.com by making a payment of Rs.3,100/- on 05-03-2018. However, she did not receive the order even after a month and her telephone calls to the customer care did not yield any fruitful results. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. After the payment was made, she was advised by Yatra.com that the booking was unsuccessful as no tickets were available.
