Refund from Yepme – Rs.1,280/-: Mr. Sudhir Jena, Shillong, Meghalaya 793014 (drsudhirkumarjena[at]gmail.com) booked one item through online on dated 04/04/2013 vide order no is 1870949 which was not delivered even after repeated complaints. Therefore on 27.04.2013 he requested them to refund the money but the refund was not forthcoming. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-05-2013 and finally got his money back by 03-05-2013. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
