Refund from Flipkart – Rs.249/-: Mr. Tapas Kar of Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal (Email: tapaskar007@gmail.com) ordered “Karpine Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG” from Flipkart.com on 13 September,2014. But he received a damaged product and was assured of refund by Flipkart. But the defective product was not picked up and no refund was made even after repeated requests. Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. ??Refund from NowNaukri – Rs.72,793 – Mr. Muthuvel Ramachandran of Abu Dhabi, UAE paid money to NowNaukri against their promise for a job in UAE. Mr. Ramachandran paid by credit card in their website a total of Rs.72,793. Since Mr. Ramachandran was not satisfied with services he requested for cancellation and refund.
