Charging more than mrp for bottled water

Yesterday me and my friends went to watch movie in INOX brookefield mall bangalore and purchased a water bottle, they charged us 47.62 INR but there is a clear instruction from govt. To sell them in MRP. Then why are we charged so much!!! I need a strick action against them and want refund of …
