Dear Sir, I daily travel in bus and now govt buses and shops refuse to take Rs.10/- coin. This is despite Erode District collector’s press release in this regard. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. Customer poster her complaint with ICF on 14-04-2019 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned and finally the customer got refund of her money by 23-06-2019.Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum
Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Complaint against Syberplace for refund – Rs.53,499/- : Prashant Katke of Andheri West, Mumbai 400053 ordered for an apple iPhone 6s 64 gb grey colour with SyberPlace online website on 14th Feb 2016.
