Videocon D2H not refunding after reversal of add-on packs

d2h videocon addon reversal amount refund issues. Value: Amount worth Rs.1299. Facing issue with reversal of add-on package, i.e. package got reversed but amount not refunded. Customer care updating that Rs.1299 is gone cannot be refunded. The add-on been added and immediately requested for reversal. I am unable to understand the policy of robbing money …

Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
