Courier not delivered by blue dart and updated false information. Value: Rs.1747 I ordered eyeglasses from coolwinks. They send through blurdart courier. I got message for expected delivery date was 02/08/2018. Courier should be delivered on my office address. I waited for whole day for any call or delivery boy. But no one contacted me …

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
