Exchange refused, Flipkart not refunding money

I ordered a phone from Flipkart with exchange of my old phone but the delivery boy refused to xchange saying the body is damaged so I didn’t get the the phone but now even after 40 days I haven’t received my refund. Every time I call they say they will respond in 24 hrs but …

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
