Regarding poor customer support from Ajio for returns

Ajio is not picking my return order and not refunding. Value: 4982 I have ordered 3 kurthis in Ajio .I raised return request a month ago.In between I spoke to spoke to customer care many times for not picking the return products.They are not responding. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
