Replacement by Fire Boltt – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Ajit Kumar of Patna, Bihar 800023 purchased Fire Boltt smart watch from Amazon but faced issues with the device within the warranty period. Customer lodged a complaint through Boltt portal and also wrote emails to them but to no avail. He submitted his complaint with ICF on 07-10-2021 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Rediff.com shopping Rs.555/-: Zaheer Naik, Vishal Nagar, Hubli-580024, Karnataka ordered through rediff shopping an Electric air compressor tyre pump with the confirmed order no. 7399362 by paying Rs.555. On 17th Sep he got a mail from Rediff that the order was reversed, and the amount would be refunded. Mr. Naik did not receive refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 30-10-2012. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
