Complaint again Policybazaar.com for no resolution to my issue. Disappointed with service post purchasing policy on 15th June 2024 through agent Sxxxxr. Initially opted for 15-year payment, requested 50 years via care[@]policybazaar on 16th June as advised, but no response. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back.
