Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Flipkart

This complaint is against FLIPKART the online seller. I purchased Crocs Women Black/smkoke Clogs on 1.04.2017, which was delivered on 3.04.2017. But due the problem in fitting the return was requested. Flipkart collected the product on 26.04.2017 but refund for the same has not been initiated by the seller till date. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund.
