Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige. Refund from Amante Lingerie – Rs.1,148/-: Ms. Akanksha Singh of Jankipuram, Lucknow 226021 placed an order on www.amantelingerie.in which was unsuccessful and the amount got debited from her A/C but no order confirmation received. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
