Complaint against @pinktonic instagram seller

Pinktonic fraud. Value: Rs2000 + Delivery charges for their parcel. I ordered a dress from @pinktonic and they send a cheap and wrong dress material . They told me to send back that parcel at their address so i do it. But till now they don’t delivered me any dress even not answering my calls …

Refund from Perfect Value online store – Rs.8,950/- : Mr. Varshil Shah of Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat placed some orders with Perfect-Value online store. Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them. Refund from Fitness First – Rs.3,000 – Ms. Aspriha Bhaumik of Indiranagar, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka had paid advance to a fitness club called Fitness First. Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-.
