Apollo tyre torn after only 600 kms run

My issue is that I purchase 2tyres of Apollo on 23rd August 2019 and run only 600kms. Out of 1was damaged from side wall and I put the complaint on Apollo tyres hence they do not passing the claim what should I do Is giving 4000for just 600 kms is worth ? Please help me …

Defective Samsung mobile sold through Ebay – Rs.19,799/-: Mr. Jagadiswara Reddy, Bangalore (jagadish.t.reddy[@]gmail.com) had ordered one brand New SAMSUNG GALAXY Note2 N7100 with Ebay on 26-07-2014. Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
