Courier sent from Indore branch to Bangalore branch on 2nd Apr 19. Reached Bangalore on 8th Apr 19. Bangalore Branch denies delivery as non serviceable area. Was Indore Branch sleeping while booking Courier. No one forced them to accept courier. And Bangalore Branch staff is highly Rude, Non Co-operative. Threaten to return back the parcel …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
