PAN Card not deliver by Velex Logistic courier

My PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL on dated 3-Aug-2020 but still not deliver to me by company on my address, also there is not contact number or address provided to contact him. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
