AC gas filling charges by Godrej for faulty products

I bought an Godrej AC .The condenser of the AC is under warranty.As the condenser break down , the gas in AC has leaked .Now Godrej service center claims that they will replace the condenser for free but they will charge for gas filling. My complaint is why they should charge me when the leakage …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
